These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, forms, booking pages, and communications of Adaven Services, a DBA of G&S IT Consulting, LLC ("Adaven Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services or submitting information to us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  1. Our services

We provide shared direct-mail advertising (such as our Community Card postcard mailer), AI services, and business consulting and technology solutions for local businesses. Information on our website, forms, and info sheets is for general information and may change without notice.

  1. Inquiries and reservations

Submitting a form, commenting on our posts, or booking a call is an inquiry only. It does not reserve an ad spot, start a project, or create a contract. Services, ad spots, categories, and pricing are subject to availability and are confirmed only when we confirm them with you in writing. For advertising mailers, we offer one business per category on each card, and we may decline an inquiry if a category is already taken or is not a fit.

Client engagements. Consulting, AI, and other project work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls.

  1. Your information and materials

You agree that the information you give us is accurate. If you provide logos, artwork, offers, or other materials for an advertisement, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that they are lawful and not misleading. You are responsible for the claims and offers in your own advertisement.

  1. Communications consent

By giving us your email address and phone number and checking the consent box on our form, you agree that Adaven Services may contact you by email and phone about your inquiry and our services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link, and you can tell us you do not want to be called. Agreeing to email and phone contact does not authorize text messages. Text messages require the separate consent described in section 5.

  1. Text message terms (SMS)
  • Program: Adaven Services text messages.
  • What you will receive: if you opt in, we may text you about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, information about our advertising mailers and services, follow-ups, and customer care.
  • How to opt in: by checking the separate text message consent box on our forms, or by another clear, documented way of agreeing to receive texts from us. You are never required to consent to texts to buy anything from us or to use our services.
  • Message frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • How to opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one confirmation message, and then you will not receive more texts from us unless you opt in again.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, email info@adavenservices.com, or call 775-691-0958.
  • Carriers: wireless carriers and their partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: we do not sell your information or share your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  1. Intellectual property

The content on our website, forms, and info sheets, including text, graphics, logos, and layouts, belongs to Adaven Services or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission, except for your own personal or internal business reference.

  1. Third-party services and links

Our services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, such as Facebook and our scheduling and email providers. We are not responsible for those third parties or their terms and policies.

  1. Disclaimers

Our services and information are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any particular advertising results, response rates, or sales. AI-generated content can contain errors, so review it before relying on it. Nothing on our website or in our communications is legal, tax, or financial advice unless a written agreement says so. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Adaven Services and G&S IT Consulting, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of our website or communications. Our total liability for any claim relating to an inquiry will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service at issue, if any.

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
